I've just finished my lunch and it was a success! I made something of what I had at home but it turned out really well, and it took like 5 minutes so I'm sure I'll do this one again.
Your own choice of vegetables and protein in bowl, then add pasta, I used pasta made out of soya beans, then add som pesto on top of it. The vegetables I used was mache salad, avocado, lentils, tomatos and a squeeze of fresh lime. Super yummy - and I got really full for you who doubt that! ;-)
Now; coffee and study time! Then I really need to clean the apartment, yey! Have a great Thursday, xx
